DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY)
Thank you for shopping with Roots to Calm. We sell digital products only. This means there are no physical shipments, and no packages delivered to your mailing address.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold through our store are digital products delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical products.
2. When You Receive Your Purchase
In most cases, your digital product will be made available shortly after checkout once payment has been successfully processed.
In some cases, delivery may take additional time due to payment verification, technical issues, platform delays, email delivery issues, or internet or network interruptions.
3. How Digital Products Are Delivered
After purchase, access to your digital product may be provided through one or more of the following methods, depending on the product and platform setup:
- a download link on the order confirmation page
- a download link sent to the email address used at checkout
- access through your customer account, if applicable
- another digital delivery method provided at checkout or shortly thereafter
Delivery method may vary depending on the product, app, or platform configuration.
4. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and for checking your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders if you do not receive your digital delivery email.
We also recommend saving your purchased files to your device promptly after download for future access.
5. Access Issues or Download Problems
If you cannot locate your download link, do not receive your delivery email, or experience problems opening or accessing your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at help@rootstocalm.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- the email address used at checkout
- a brief description of the issue
We will provide support and, where appropriate, resend the file or restore access.
6. No Physical Shipping
Because our products are digital, no physical shipping process, shipping carrier, tracking number, customs process, or physical delivery timeframe applies to your purchase. Any applicable fees related to digital delivery or processing will be shown at checkout.
7. Geographic Availability
Roots to Calm is intended primarily for customers located in the United States. We reserve the right to limit or refuse purchases from locations outside the United States where permitted by applicable law.
8. Refunds
