Thank you for shopping with Roots to Calm. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold by Roots to Calm are digital products. No physical items are shipped.
2. All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once your order is completed and digital access has been provided, we do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
3. Digital Delivery
Our products are delivered digitally through the delivery method shown at checkout, in your order confirmation, or shortly thereafter. Because digital products may be accessed immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled after purchase.
4. Access Issues, Technical Problems, or Defective Files
We want to make sure you can access the product you purchased. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at help@rootstocalm.com:
- you cannot locate your download link or access your file
- the file will not open or download correctly
- the file appears corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect
Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide support and, where appropriate, resend the file or provide a replacement download.
Support provided to resolve access or file issues does not constitute a refund.
5. Customer Responsibility
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout to make sure you are purchasing the correct digital product.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are purchasing a digital product
- digital products are delivered electronically
- all sales are final except where required by law
- not downloading, not opening, or not using the product does not qualify you for a refund
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at help@rootstocalm.com. At our discretion, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase or provide store credit.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an access issue or technical problem, please contact us first at help@rootstocalm.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve a digital delivery or file-access problem may delay resolution.
